Efren Olmos, LMFT, is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate difficult life stressors. My mission is to promote healing and understanding through compassionate therapy.
Approach
My personal approach is comprehensive and collaborative with individual, couples, and families in therapy.
In couples counseling, focusing on identifying and building on the strengths of each partner.
In family therapy, I prefer to work from a Family Systems Theory to develop strategies for overcoming challenges and building stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
